Calling any Juniper gurus

I have been given a Juniper EX2200 24port switch, however I've managed to bugger the config up somehow.

I've used my rudimentary skills to reset it, but not properly

When I run ezsetup to try and start the switch is get the following errors after inputting a new password

error: could not execute commit script driver: No such file or directory
error: could not run script (no pipe)

It then just loops around the new password setup until I Ctrl-C

Anyone have any top tips??

Can you get into the JUNOS CLI at all? If so what JUNOS version is it on?

I can certainly get to a CLI from root

I'll check the JUNOS tonight

What method did you use to default it? Entering configure mode then doing 'load factory-default' should do it, followed by 'set system root-authentication plain-text-password', entering a password of your choice then doing commit.

I used 'request system zeroize'
