Calling Ireland with EE and is it a free call on my package.

I am buying something from Breeze catcher who were originally in Ireland -They moved to USA but have a branch in Ireland.
Before I buy I need to know if it's dispatched from Ireland or USA (save a lot of postage)
The number is +353 1 4423777 so do I pay for this call - Also what does the + sign mean.

the plus signifies international dialling code, yes it will be a chargeable call as it will be classed as an international call (unless international calls are included in your plan)

If dialling from a landline replace the + with 00
