Hey guys,
My GF got her new Dell XPS M1530 laptop 2 weeks ago and we have just noticed that the entire frame surrounding the screen is loose and the left side of it is a little warped as well. On the bottom right & the bottom left it has actually come away from the screen itself (gap visible). The bezel surround the webcam is also loose and makes a clicking noise when the screen is grapsed to open the laptop.
I see that one other person on the Dell forums has this problem but no word on his resolution. I was wondering if any of you guys have this laptop and if so have you had this loose bezel issue? (I did search the M1530 thread but got no hits on the issue).
We are writing to Dell and I hope they will be able to help us. Looking forward to any input! Thanks
