Calling VM on 150, engaged.

Attempting to call VM to cancel my services.
Continuously engaged on 150, I don't wish to pay money to ring an 0845, and the one I tried was engaged also.

Do they no longer answer phones on a Saturday?
Who should I call to cancel the service?
 
Ah quite possibly thats it.
Very odd you ring to cancel and find they don't answer your call ;)
Same for fault reporting and all contact to them, you'd think they would have some msg on their website, but the revelant sections are 404ing and coming up page not found.
