This may sound like a bit of a stupid question, i feel a bit stupid asking it.
Basically im starting to get pretty thick calluses under my fingers on my palm, they begin to hurt when trapped by my grip, and this make heavy dumbells very uncomfortable, and especially a pull up bar.
I dont have a bath to soak my hands, and have been biting them off
do you guys use gloves or just rub these things off.
