just seen this amp at a knock down price was wondering how good it is

Very solid amp... can do a lot better but if you have a tight budget i would say well worth it if you can pick it up <50 quid in good condition.

Well anything that is seperates and not Dixons, Comet crap is good imo.

After that you need to start looking around and researching yourself tbh.

Cambridge Audio, Nad, Denon, Arcam... and more

My personal favourites are Denon, NAD, Cambridge Audio, Marantz, Alesis and for when we really gotta make noise, not so much 'quality' Crown Amps.

Theres no best make, its all subjective to be honest. Each person has an individual taste i find. Also what i find is people get fooled by price, as in "it costs 10x more it MUST be better!"

I use it to power some mission M71s. Great amp for the price
