Cambridge Audio DacMagic xs hssing issues

OK so i have one of those USB DacMagic from Cambridge Audio to use with my lappy and Headphones , but all I'm getting is a fuzzy hissing noise , anyone know how to fix it please ?

OK It's a DacMagic xs , OK so I did install the Driver from CA's website and now everything seems fine , should I also install the ASIO Drivers too ?

OK guys thank you for the advice, I just gotta get some new Headphones now for the lappy cos the akg 550s I use are a bit on the trebble side
