Do you think that the picture quality will be better on the new JVC hard drive camcorders compared to the DV camcorders.
I was looking at getting either the Panasonic NV-GS75 (DV) which has good reviews or the JVC GZ-MG50 (Hard drive).
The panny has 3 x 1/6in (540k) CCDs vs. JVC's 1/4 (1.33mp) CCD. I take it that the figures in brackets are the total CCD resolution i.e. for the panny you dont multiply 540k x 3?
