Camcorder help

Ok, im after a cheap camcorder. I know nothing about them, and i've never owned one

I need something that plays recordings at about 800x600 on a PC (minimum about 640x400) watchable quality & FPS. And can record about 2-3hours of footage. Microphone must be very good.

Achievable for less than £100?

Is the samsung VP-D361 mini DV any good?

I think you'll struggle to find anything that records in 800x600 as the standard for PAL is 720x576. Certainly with MiniDV, there are no settings to change the resolution (unless of course you're dealing with high-def). And MiniDV taps are usually 60mins long (1hr 30 if you use long play).

I can't give you much of an insight on the Samsung VP-D361. However I would say take a look at the Panasonic range, they're usually pretty reliable.
