Came back outside to find this...

The bodyshop I take it to are reasonably priced and they said there is no ppoint trying to repair it as the dint on the front is quite some size and its just as cheaper labour wise just to put a new wing on it. There is no excuse for that the driver 100% knows he hit the car and would have seen it was a 14 plate car that as absolutely immaculate! they probably had to rust heap and thought it wouldnt be worth repairing their own and just carry on day to day as normal! So annoying the thing is my partner actually heard something outside but thought nothing of it!

It annoys me that money I had saved up to do something usefull with like go away on holiday with my kids is going to have to spent on this to repair and I am going to have to put that back now people don't understand even doing that how it can affect people. My little girl is 2 and she is getting so frustrated everytime I got in the car with a frown on her face "daddy's car is broken" and she is telling everyone haha I think she is more frustrated than me!

You might not feel the hit in a 7.5t but you would definitely hear the smack and the scrape. The mirror has been annihilated, not just caught.

Got it back today done a good job on it but looked closely and does need a bit more polishing and a bit dull on the arch phoned the bodyshop and going to take it in next week

Not bad at all from those shots.

Still sucks that it happened but I wouldn't walk past that and think there was anything up.
