Afternoon,

I currently have a Lowepro 202AW, it's a great bag that holds all the stuff I need for a day/short trip however I find the single strap style gets really uncomfortable after not a long time.

I'm looking for a replacement, something with normal twin shoulder straps. The lowepro hatchback series has taken my eye, looks to hold a similar amount as my 202 and the design looks good. Does anyone have any experience with this bag? Or any other recommendations (price range upto £100).

Thanks.

I always recommend Crumpler bags. Great quality. I've used a couple of Lowepro bags (currently have the Fastpack 250) but much prefer Crumpler. Hopefully going to replace my Fastpack with a Crumpler equivalent when I have money.

Got my first camera with interchangeable lenses (Nikon 1 J1) and am wondering whether people normally size their bag to carry the camera and 2 lenses or whether its better to get a small case to take the camera body fitted with the largest lens plus a separate lens bag so that things are more flexible.
It's a compact system camera so I don't want a really big bag to carry around.

Used Lowepro, decent sizes, very good build quality - looks like a camera bag.

Fancied something more discreet so went for a Crumpler, build quality is fantastic, lifetime guarantee, looks good. Bought a Muffin top 7500 which is their biggest, be warned they over exagerate what you can fit into them, just make sure you pay attention to the dimesnsions when shopping.

Think tank

Once you have one, you won't go back.

The Retrospective 7 holds my 5D3 with connected 70-300L, 24-105, sigma 35mm 1.4amd plenty of filters, adapters, charger, etc.

Check the other retrospective ones on their site as there are many sizes and shapes to suit all. It makes my old crumpler seem like a plastic bag in comparison.

My Kata 467 holds my D800, 85, 35 and 2 Yongnuo flashes in the bottom compartment alone. Then there's the top half for various other stuff (might put the camera in sometimes, chargers, triggers, batteries etc.) and the laptop compartment which comfortable holds my XPS 15 or a 5-in-1 refeclector disc.
