Hello,
First of all I purchaced my system from overclockers and have to say the quality and work is pure perfection. Highly recommend!!
So, I installed this new camera in January and it ended up crashing my pc giving me the BSOD. A day after this I arrived home from work and my pc was in sleep mode as normal with the light on the front flashing. I go to wake it up by pressing the keyboard or mouse and the flashing light on the pc fixes on, all the lights from my keyboard, mouse and anything loses all power and the fans on the pc don't start or light up. After wait a few mins after cutting the power I turn it back on and It boots up gives me the ASUS overclocking failed screen with a press F1 to go into BIOS setup or. After going into the set up menu and exiting it the PC boots as normal. No idea what's going on, my pc isn't over clocked and I've changed power plans, check usbs and uninstalled all the evidence I could go find of th cam. I found the drivers from th manufacturing website and they are out of date by about a year with no new releases. I've contacted them but they're useless as expected. I would be overwhelming greatful if someone could help me with this as I paid a lot of money for this system hoping to not face anything like this that I've got on cheaper pcs in the past. It's only about 5 months old and is fully up to date.
Thanks
