Camera Repair Centre in the West Midlands/Birmingham Area?

Hello guys

I managed to get superglue on my Canon SX50 in the zoom cogs, tried to fix it and failed, dosent even turn on now. i prefer electronic repair and not spare parts replacement.

Think the nearest approved Canon centre will be Lehmann's up in Stoke. Not sure about any others.

i found that earlier. its about 50miles away

i don't want to send it thru the post that will cost £10 each way. i still have my receipt which bought from argos in 2013.

If it helps lehmanns were excellent when I took my D7100 in, sorted it whilst I waited.

The black casing around the lens was loose so I tried to glue it on, the glue was extra runny and went in the cogs for the zoom etc, I should have just taken it back and let the shop fix it, but stupid me tried myself.
