Hi there!
my Grandad has a problem all of a sudden on his pc. he used to just plug his camera in and it would detect it and so on.
however now this isnt the case, the computer doesnt pick anything up when the usb is plugged in.
ive tried other devices in the same usb socket and they work fine, printer etc, and also tried the camera and same cable on my own computers at home and it picks up straight away.
his pc is running windows xp, any help would be great! it doesnt show up under my computer or cameras and printers in control panel!
