Camping/caravaning aboard

Anyone done this?

My G/F has always liked staying in caravans etc but we've only ever done it in this country.

So i thought about going to France and staying there for a week.

Anyone been there - we would be looking to stay in either a static caravan / large tent or Shelly.

With room for 2 adults and 3 kids.

What prices would we be looking at around august time?
Any other info tips etc are most welcomed.

camped in france on a surf trip but the sites were all french and tbh they were prety rude and arrogant and the toilet was a hole in the floor.
think id go eurocamp or similar (are they still going)

went to a eurocamp last year so yes they are still goin. Was in Venice tho so was heaving with blond haired germans who looked like they had been in the sun for 23 weeks
