Can a normal UBS keyboard be used on a tablet?

Was just wondering, thinking about buying a small mechanical keyboard along with the Samsung Galaxy A 10.1 tablet I'm buying.

Yup usually - if its got fullsized USB ports you can stick it straight in - otherwise you might need an OTG adapter. Some things like media keys, macros, etc. may or may not be supported.
