Does anyone know if it is possible to lock down an ipad for times in the day say from 9pm to 9am?
My oldest daughter is just obsessed with her ipad mini and keeps getting up at 6am or before to get her ipad and I would like to lock it so she cannot use it for times in the day.

Any ideas on how I can do this good folk of Overclockers land?

I don't think ios has any native features that allow you block access doing set times, it has guided access within the accessibility options in Settings, but this is controlled by a countdown timer and has to be configured app by app I believe. You can also natively restrict access to certain apps you might not like. I believe there are third party solutions in the app store that will allow you to restrict access by time, I think these are paid apps though

As far as I know, this isn't possible - Unless you can Jailbreak the iPad...

This is a good argument for why Apple should add multiple users to iOS with different permissions etc.

Does your wireless router have an option to restrict the times that the iPad can access the internet?
sorry to jump in on this, but i am also interested in this. But I have the White Sky box router and there seems nothing in there to restrict certain devices by time.
