does anybody know where to get a better bios for a a8r-mvp board as my board only lets me put 1.4v plus overvoltage though my cpu, i need one that will let me put more voltage through can anybody help. also if possible, one that i can do in windows please

also has anybody got a link to ati system manager as it would be useful
