Can any PSU fit into a case that is designed to..

Hi,
can any PSU fit into a case that is designed to have the PSU mounted at the bottom of the case?

I am looking at getting this case..

and have an OCZ StealthXTreme 600w PSU that is mounted in the usual place at the top of my current case. Do I need a specfic type of PSU with this case? I'm guessing it will be okay, but wanted to double check.

The 'usual' place now a days is the bottom of the case, so yeah, it'll be fine

Yep, the psu will be fine mounted in the bottom of the case. This is pretty much the norm now. As long as there are vents in the bottom, you will have no issues mounting the psu in the case with the fan down. Quite often cases like this will also have raised up rails for the psu to sit on to help with air intake.

Yeah, looked at a few more pics on Google Images and it looks like it has a bottom vent. Can I mount the PSU upside down, so the fan inside the case, like a top mounted PSU would be?

With the fan mounted upside down, the psu will be taking in hot air from inside your case. By mounting it with the fan down, this allows it to intake cool air and expel it out the mesh rear of the psu. This also helps with cable tidying a bit, as it keeps the big thick 24 pin cable closer to the motherboard tray, making it a bit easier to hide.

Does the air intake for the PSU at the bottom of that case have a dust cover ?

Not sure, but im going to order a few filters for the extra fans i'll get with the case, so i'll look a getting a filter for the bottom for the PSU if you think thats advisable?

After seeing the amount of dust that my bottom intake fans collected in the filters I would definitely recommend them

Glad you mentioned that, i forgot my shinobi xl had bottom mounted filters, cleaned them for the first time in a few months. Quite filthy.
