Can any WAP disable WLAN when LAN is disconnected??

Hi guys,

We're looking for some wireless access points which will disable the wireless when the LAN is disconnected from it. Does such a thing exist??!!

I imagine any AP that uses PoE would do. Unplug the cable, no power, no wireless.
