Hi

I want to put one of my Computers upstairs in one of the bedrooms. My Router is in the living room and I'm not sure which Wireless PCI Adapter to get as there are various kinds.

Ive seen a few that are pretty cheap and I'm not sure what to get.

What should I be aiming at in terms of Mpbs ?

What router do you currently have? No real point in going for an all singing and dancing PCI card if you have an 802.11b router.
 
Firstly we need to know what model the router is so we can determine which wireless speeds it's capable of.

Bit vague I'm afraid. ISP's often switch and swap modems/routers over. We need the exact model number.
