Can anyone access Pipex's "My Bill" ?

Hi there, I have been trying to access the "My Bill" section of the pipex website and am just getting network timeout errors. Are Pipex really this useless or is it something my end?

The only reason I want to check it is because they supposedly changed us back to an unlimited package (after changing us from unlimited without warning and then charging us for going over this limit )yet I have emails in the webmail section stating that I have exceeded 90% of my usage allocation so I wanted to check previous months to see if theyre charging me for this.

Useless company :(
 
Just been looking, seems you have to go via an email to some new website to get to the "My Bill" section, ofcourse the link on their website doesnt work, how silly of me...

Seems they arent overcharging me, just their webmail tells me that I am, consistent.

I would change isp but the deal they are giving me (about £15 for unlimited... supposedly) is about as good as I can get in my area.
