I've signed up to a sky Q deal today thinking im getting Sky Q 2tb UHD but my confirmation email said something else, so ive call to confirm but I was told I will get the 1tb box not the 2tb, at the same time they have told me I can only get UHD if i get sky Q 2tb which I need to pay a extra £99 to install or a extra £12 with multi room.
I've not seen anything about a 1tb box or anything to say only one type of sky q box allows UHD.
Why is the installation so much more for 2tb and why is it free if i get multi room ?
is this a new gimmick?
what should i do ?
