In the past AMD GPUs if I had more than one display connected the Memory would run at 3D speeds..
With RX VEGA things are different it depends on the Resolution selected, but things get very strange when you also add another display connected to the CPU.
Here is image of 1440p Native plus 1080p Native Clocks stay at Idle speeds
Now if I upscale the second 1080p Monitor to 1440p but clocks boost up into 3D mode
Now here is where things get a little strange, if I switch on my TV connected to the Motherboard, it lowers the clocks to almost idle only Memory is now at 500?? How does a Display connected to MB affect what the displays connected to the GPU are doing?
@AMDMatt Do you know anything about this? is it possible to get close to 2D clocks without the TV switched on?
