Can anyone explain Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB to me?

So Windows 10 Enterprise has shown up for download from MS for me this morning but there are multiple SKUs.

The K and KN versions I understand but not sure about the LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch) ones. From what I can gather, this is a different branch which intended to allow admins to defer updates of new features but I can't work out anything more than that. I've also read that Edge won't be available in this version which sounds bizarre.

How exactly do admins "defer" updates? Currently we use Win 7 exclusively and I control updates via a WSUS server. Do I continue to do this with Windows 10 or is there a different mechanism?

Much confuse :(

Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch) is the same edition as Windows 10 Enterprise but will not receive any feature updates and gives companies more control over the update process.

LTSB allows you to control the rollout of the OS by giving you 'versions' to test against in the same way that you would do when deploying previous versions of Windows, as opposed to the moving target that is Windows 10.

You can still control Windows Updates through WSUS but the idea of LTSB is that you can approve all the updates but still won't get any major changes to the way the OS works getting applied.

I would imagine that a lot of *~enterprise~* software will be tested and validated against LTSB versions and their support will put up a good fight if you aren't running that.
