Can anyone find me this Dell part?

My Poweredge 2950 is missing its little 'mushrooms' on the side that slot into the rails - it just has threaded posts instead. Does anyone know the Dell part for the 'mushrooms'? I'm drawing a blank on the Dell site at the moment, think I'm going to have to give them a call.

Seems quite odd that they are missing from my chassis

You mean the screws that are spring loaded?

Maybe a picture of where they're supposed to be would be helpful

No these are the three mushroom-shape posts on each side (6 in total) that drop into the rails, not the two sprung strews on the front.

I just have three threaded posts - no mushrooms!

They're called shoulder screws:

You an get them on the "bay" or search Dell UK site for the part number.

Thank you, having the right terminology is definitely a huge help. Bit pricey at £15 for 6 nuts but not much choice really. Can't find any on eBay.
