can anyone help me stop this message popping up please....

....it will go away if i click on keep current scheme but next time i start my pc and start playing a game like bc2 or crysis warhead this will always pop up and its starting to drive me nuts, i have a 470gtx graphics card and it plays both of these games more than happily so i dont get why this keeps appearing, it never happened with my 260gtx

Right click on the game/app.exe file, Properties> compatibility tab> tick disable desktop composition. And happy days, now every time you play that game aero will be disabled and when you exit the game it will come back on
