ok that means nothing to me, I've already googled and got pretty much the same thing. I'm the only one that has the computer so in theory I am the amdinistrator. I havn't changed or installed anything different, I don't know also what this lincoln thing is all about. All I want to do is get rid of it.

it only pops up when I boot the pc up??
 
Go to start/run and type msconfig
Look in the startup tab for something called lincoln or anything unusual and untick it. Then save and restart and it should stop.
 
ok with the mouse thing, its quite intresting, the right mouse button will work on the taskbar and web pages but not on the desktop?? anyone have any ideas?

for crying out loud, its disabled my system restore also
