whenever i try to manually set the cpu multiplier and the nb multiplier and cpu voltages it doesnt boot up.

is my bios screen can anyone help me.

What are your full system specs?

4gb kingston ram
1gb ddr3 pci-e g card
3x 1tb hdd's
anything else required??

i have my pci-e clocked at 101mhz. as this provides better stability for my card

It appears any time i try to change the voltage and the nb and cpu multipliers that it doesnt boot up.

I had a similar issue when I changed my PCI-E clock to 101, try setting it back to 100 and see if it boots. Might just be as simple as that, but I'm hardly an expert!
