A very quick check using the usual online PSU calculators appears to be putting that system at below 400 Watts. I'd check for yourself using the full system details. (Just seen that Idleman has already provided a link)

If nvidia are suggesting 500 Watts then that should be enough. They always seem to allow for a large margin of error.

Okay I shall use to tool, the recommended wattage is the same
For the xfx also so I could easily base what it shall be like off of that, cheers.

I just checked the maximum was around 430 watts and minimum was 374 watts, that'll be okay yeah?

Yeah. I'd say try to go for the Asus Direct CU or the Gigabyte Windforce. Good cards. MSI Twin Frozr also good. I tend to shy away from the more exotic and cheaper models.

The 670's are 10.6 / 10.5 inches (270 mm). Allegedly the 300 takes up to 11'' cards (280 mm). Looks tight though even for 10.5'' cards, but it should fit.

EDIT : Oh well, someone dun' it, so it's possible.

Is there any particular reason you'd shy away from palit, I've seen plenty of good reviews on it :)
