Everything has been running reasonably ok with my system but I noticed my Aida64 Memory cache write benchmark is two-thirds of what it should be. I have spent days trying to figure this out without success, trying various overclocks, stock settings, memory timings and getting nowhere. You can see from the screenshots below that the write bandwidth is 59,000MB/S and I believe it should be in excess of 90,000MB/S. I have run memory stress tests without errors.

Motherboard is Asus B650E-E Rog Strix
The ram is 64gb Gskill 6000 cl30 (F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 CL30-40-40-96 1.40V 64GB (2x32GB) AMD EXPO)

The pic below it is overclocked to 6400Mhz, but this is irrelevant since at stock 6000mhz the scores are even worse and the write speed is only 44,000Mhz
Can anyone suggest a solution please?

I had a similar issue with x870 and CB scores performing worse than expected. I did a cmos reset and reloaded the user profile.

If that doesn’t work maybe reinstall the bios, could be corrupted.

Edit: you might also be able to separate tRCD WR and RD in the ‘AMD Overclocking’ section in the advanced tab. Can probably get WR down to 8-16 which might help.

Your tRFCns are a bit high, you want to aim to get that down to 120ns, adjust tRFC to impact this, tRFC2 and tRFCsb are not used on 7000 and 9000 CPUs so theres no need to set those, you can simply set them to 1 and the system will still post and run fine.

Your settings are similar or better than mine (g.skill hynix m-die 48gb sticks), and yeah i see around 90k on write at UCLK 3100

Would suggest testing for a FCLK issue, but i assume that'd impact the read performance too
