Can anyone help?

Ive got this picture which was taken at a party and has because of this turned out very dark, i was playing with the contrast and brightness and the detail seems to be there but im not skilled enough to make it look any good.
Would one of you great people be able to give me a hand and make it look half decent.

I doubt you'll get it much better than that.

its pretty much unsaveable
It would take hours of drawing new colours and shades into it. Not worth the time and effort.
