Does anyone know of a program that will overclock for you in Windows? Not sure i want to go through the bios. Also i have normal 4200 ddr2 memory. When i push the cpu up, does this in turn push up the memory? is there risk involved here?

Depends on what mobo you have. For instance, My DS3 uses Easytine from gigabyte, and some asus boards use asus AI booster.

Not really

Its better to overclock via the BIOS tho in my opinion. But with that board you may struggle to get past 300Mhz FSB

if you want to overclock that cpu you need to ditch the asrock board. get a ds3/4.

im not looking for super improvements simply minor ones.
