Can anyone identify this spider?

(baby) Giant Camel Spider by the look of it.....

I would install a sand pit in any nasty neighbours gardens and wait for its desert sensors to kick in.

See! Almost identical!!

I hope its not pregnant. Still, if the spider lings have no food they should hopefully eat each other, so the problem will resolve itself! :D

That's my logic anyway lol!

Imagine if she really is pregnant. I wouldn't like to think of how many babies she will soon be letting loose.

The spider from last night at mine had disappeared by morning. It will probably show up again tonight though.

It could be something like a Lace Web, but there are nearly 700 spider species in the UK so a couple of blurry pictures aren't really enough to properly identify it. Just let it go.

I will never understand people who can permit spiders IN THERE HOUSE.
They are bad enough outside but in your house??? nooooo KIL LIT

They eat flies! and flies are infinitely more annoying than spiders..

It's also funny seeing grown women jumping on chairs in horror as Fred (the house spider) strolls across the living room.

So just kill anything we fear? I'm also pretty sure they are more frightened of us.

Don't get me wrong. I still have some fear about them and really big spiders get to me.

Recently though, I'm not trying to kill them. I just try trap them in a container to take outside. Still get scared though.

If I can't reach it, I'll leave it until I can. It hasn't tried to kill me yet :)

No but it comes down on it's web and dances on your lips every night with it's beady spidery eyes and it's scratchy little legs.

Ever woke up in the night coughing? Yeah, now you are starting to understand why. Yup, you opened your mouth and in popped Mr Spider.

Worse are the ones that sit there, watching, waiting, not moving. Then BAM! they drop down the back of your neck as you walk past.

Be afraid. Be very afraid!
