Hi all
looking for this frame but cannot see any where to one custom made, unless someone knows or who can 3d print?

Size of internal section for the plate is 300x220mm, might need two.

Your biggest initial issue will be that it'll need to be joined together from most hobbyist printers as most are a 256x256 print bed.
 
You also might find it hard finding someone to do it. They’ll need to 3D model it (I’m assuming you’ve not created it in CAD already), then 3D print it on a large format printer (they are not standard), then could be issues that might not fit etc first time. Cost of doing that in labour, materials and then shipping etc.

Maybe try PCBWAY or JLCPCB if you model it yourself.
 
My printer can handle the size, but I'd need more that just the internal plate dimensions to even attempt modelling it.
 
What else do you need Dano? I just need something similar in the picture to hold the aluminium plate

Plate is 300x220mm and 1.5mm thick.

I was surprised that nobody else put one up yet, so I decided to put a basic frame on here. It's set for a 4x6 picture, but I think it'll work at any size. I'd either use a raft or a piece of cardboard for the backing (just make sure to glue the outer edge of your backing).

Position of the fixing holes would be the big one, measured from the edge of the plate to the centre of the hole and distance from hole to hole (centres again) which should all then line up with the size of the plate you have, if you can scan the plate and post the image with dimensions I can use that as a template, a photo will work but difficult to get square. Also the width of bezel outside of the plate and how deep you want it to be, not a critical dimension but aesthetics, is this for outside or inside, I've only got PLA+ at the moment so if it's for outside I'll need to get some PETG, also colour preference?

I have uploaded the plate here with dimensions. The screw holes are 3mm, I need to measure the distance from edge to centre as I don't have it with me.
I would say the outer edge is around 10mm and 8mm deep so the plate can sit inside.

It will be internal use only and black should be fine.

Ok, 300 x 220 as stated or 300 x 225 as shown by the dimensions in your image, or 300 x something else as actually drawn in your image?
 
it is 225, double check it. They put the wrong dimension on the invoice. The holes in each corner are 5mm to centre of the hole.

Sorry, I've been busy with other stuff this last week, anyway finally had a chance to knock up the file for this, just short of 200 grams of filament with a solid back, can drop it down significantly if we cut a big hole out of the middle though.

I've oversized the holes to 5mm just in case and left 1mm of extra space on all sides of the plate dimension, let me know if this is okay, I can upload the file if you want to take a look :)



 
Printed the first one, DM me your address, not sure how much postage will be until I actually post them (you wanted two right?) but I reckon a tenner plus postage if that is okay?
