Can anyone recommend a decent netbook?

I've never really paid much attention to netbooks, and I'm therefore not particularly well equipped to give advice when I'm asked, so was wondering if anyone could suggest a specific make/model which is considered to be the top of the pile? Specs alone are probably obvious; a dual core chip (not sure about Intel vs AMD in this environment, though I think I read that the AMDs are better), as much RAM as is useful and screen size of 10-12 inches- basically as much horsepower as these things can muster.

Can anyone help me?

I would target a fusion netbook. Like the HP dm1z. or the new Lenovo X121e. 1GB ram is a pain on a netbook so anything higher, preferably 3GB. And a 1366x768p. The low res netbooks are also a real pain :)

Fusion netbooks would have a battery life around 5-6 hours. Under 3 hours in heavy usage (watching videos).

BTW, I'm using a CULV 1.3GHz with GMA4500 13'' graphics notebook. Nice piece of kit and does everything I require (mainly procrastinating).
