Can anyone recommend me a decent budget laptop??

I'm looking for a budget laptop for a friend at work but have no idea what's good and what's not out there!

Only a minimal budget - upto £200-£300 max and will be used for general browsing, e-mails, skype etc.

I've seen the Lenovo 100-15IBD for around £200 which strikes me as not being bad considering it's got an i3 processor in there!?!?!

Any suggestions?

I recently bought a refurbed HP 8470p Elitebook from the rainforest for under £200.

I added 8gb ram (has spare slot) for another £25 so have 12gb ram.

Very pleased with it so far. It's able to play any game I've thrown at it so far.
