Can anyone see any potential problems if i upgrade to a GTX 1070?

ive just gone to a 1070 and have a spec the same age as yours and its been running fine for me at stock it was holding my gpu back but as ive got a decent overclock on my cpu its near enough a non issue

just be careful tho the cards are big i had to bend a section of my case because of where the power connection to the card is positioned
