Can anyone tell me if my bench scores are right?

I put together a PC build (first for a few years) and i'm not 100% convinced its performance is where it should be. but i have built the best i could with the budget i could afford. The spec is:

Intel QX6700 @ stock at the moment
2*2Gb OCZ gold DDR2
Gigabyte P35-DS4 mobo
Gigabyte GTX 560 ti OC - further Oc'd to 960 core
standard 7200 HDD
Pitiful Cit 750W PSU - however how would i test its output?

Currently i have no decent games to try on it so i have been going by benchmark scores

I'm getting 12000 3Dmork06 and in MSI Kombuster standard 4000 ish, 2000 ish on extreme - with no real difference whether the GPU overclock is applied or not

What made me question it was comparible GPU scores seem to be insanly higher against mine, so i tested a XFX 9600 GSO before sticking it in MM and that got 10000 in 3Dmark06, i thought only a 2000 increase was quite poor against a mid-low end card from four years ago.

Also my fairly mild OC brings some small artifacts after a time although the GPU barely gets to 68c.

If its right, its right, just i thought it would be higher, like i say i have yet to get a decent game to test real world performance yet :(

When i had Q6600,4gb ram and 8800GTX my score was ~15000 in 3Dmark 06 stock
Just get some newer game demos and try your system, then post results
