Can anyone tell me if this G.Skill memory uses the famous Samsung B-Die before I buy?

I bought a Ryzen 5950X with a X570 motherboard, so after a kit of 32GB (2x16GB) memory at 3600 MHz CL16 using the Samsung B-Die memory. (I wanted CL14, but not going to be in stock for a few weeks and after watching reviews on YouTube CL14 doesn't seem to be worth the extra cash. Also, will probably sell out immediately.)

Name: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series
Speed: DDR4 3600 MHz (PC4 28800) at CAS 16
Model: F4-3600C16D-32GTZRC

or

Name: G.SKILL Trident Z Neo
Speed: DDR4 3600 MHz (PC4 28800) at CAS 16
Model: F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC

I would post links to these listing's but I know competitor links aren't allowed. Thanks in advance.

No. The timings are too bad.

You currently can't buy any B-Die G. Skill 2x16GB 16-16-16 at 3600 speed in the UK unless you go for basically extortionate importing prices. The only thing close is getting the 3200 C14 kit F4-3200C14D-32GTZ and overclocking it.

I dunno they are similar to my b-die timings wise i think. I have 8 sticks of this 3466 stuff which is not a million miles away from that 3600 kit:

Will go beyond 3466 as well. Just not in the config I have it in. In the wifes 3600 machine you put it at pretty much any speed up to about 3800 and it works.

edit.. am blind, didnt see the 16gb sticks

Why not get two sets of 2x8 SR? I've got 4 sticks of 3600c16 SR sat in my z370 and have decided to move it to my AMD build rather than fork out for 2x16 c14.

Apparently "C" on the end of the SKU code means it's NOT B-die.

It's either 14-14-14-34 or 16-16-16-36 that is the B-die from what I've seen. The 16-19-19-19-38 is almost guaranteed to be something else.

Also it seems that the Neo products (esp the 3600) are using looser timings than the original TridentZ (RGB or otherwise).

Also FlareX is pretty much the same thing just marketed for Ryzen systems. Seems to be a fair bit cheaper (but butt ugly!)

I don't really care about aesthetics, so I wouldn't mind buying another brand. I have never heard of FlareX though or seen any of their stuff anywhere are stock levels low for them too?

The place I mentioned earlier have 2 versions of the 3600 Neo for sale.

The F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC 16-19-19-39 for £200

and the F4-3600C16D-32GTZN CL 16-16-16-36 for £260.

Only 2 left now by the looks of it.

Yeah but £260 is quite expensive when you'll be able to get CL14 for the same price probably when they get released next week. - let's hope so anyway

FlareX is also from G.SKill (as is Ripjaws & TridentZ).

FlareX is marketed as specifically for Ryzen (tho RAM is RAM is RAM, really).

It also can be found in 14-14-14-34 config. From what I've seen it appears to be a bit cheaper than the TridentZ (if you can find it in stock!) The trouble is, many places that don't have stock artificially lower their prices to get search engine hits (then raise them when they get the item in stock again).
