Can anyone tell me what this stepping cores are like in general, what they can do on average at stock vcore (probably with retail cooling as I'm a cheapo), and what I could get with about up to 1.55 on vcore?

Thanks a lot :D
Help a sick dude have a little something to cheer him up or learn...

PS. Its an x2 3800+

lol its a good stepping but i think on stock volts it would be in the region of 2.4-2.5ghz and then with 1.55v you could be looking at 2.7-2.8ghz.

I'd be very happy with 2.4....think my asrock mobo can only give 1.45, 1.5 or 1.55 max to this cpu with no vmodd though, so I will settle for attempting to reach 2.4, and then perhaps 2.6 if I'm luck, or more if Im stable at higher (even luckier)

Benching now @ 2500 with 1.45 (Cpu-Z reads 1.47)

My mobo didnt seem to like 2600, think that may have possibly been down to ram though. I shouldnt need to give the NForce4 Chipset more voltage should I?
