Can anyone tell me what graphics card this is?

That looks like a Zotac AMP Extreme Spectre RGB, it is the highest end card they made for the 1080Ti. Though I would check the clock speeds in GPUz and obviously see if the RGB works.

Btw who gave you this card? it's a very expensive pascal card not exactly something someone would just hand out.

Yeah, most odd something like a 1080 Ti would just be handed over as a 'here you go mate ;)' with no explanation that it's one of the best cards currently out there and commanding quite a premium.
 
Now now, this is a respected long-term member with *1* posts who joined *today*. We can happily afford him the benefit of the doubt.

I can confirm that is a Zotac GT 1030 in the OPs post. 100%. Clearly broken unfortunately - spares and repairs only for resale.

It's too late, this forum is already complicit in this crime. Surprised the mods haven't swooped down on this thread yet given the significant doubt as to the legality of the 1-post-OPs new wares.
