Can anyone tell me what the TV prog was called?

I seem to recall the sit com type prog was on in the 90s but not certain.

Set mainly in a house with a high earning mother (divorced, I think) and young daughter but the house is looked after by a male housekeeper; they never quite get it together.

Any ideas?
