Ok great I kinda understand. My worry now is if he's doing it to other people and because my name is on the LAB it will fall back on me.

I think the screenshot / photo is a separate issue.
Your issue, AlphaDawg, is that you didn't use 2-factor authentication on some of the more important sites. You mentioned eBay and PayPal and both of them offer 2FA. As well as entering the standard password, 2FA will text you a 4 or 6 digit code which you also have to key in. So you need to get that enabled, and also change the passwords as a few others have already suggested. Also, don't use the same password on multiple sites.

I will set this up. I was just really confused about that image. Not sure what the software even is and why my name was set to 'user'. I have a friend who uses my PC every once in a while and I've got so much junk on it I just checked the date of the image and it was from 9 weeks ago.
