Can anyone tell me what this is?

I saw this in a second hand shop and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

It's some form of kitchen machine made my inventum but beyond that I have no idea.

There is an orange juicer behind it don't confuse that as part of it.

The writing on the front is the brand name "Inventum"

It's also not a juicer as there is no way for it to extract juice. there are no blades or graters or squeezers anywhere on it.

All of these things have elements that make the recognizable no matter what the outside looks like, coffee makers have filters or places to put them and ice crushers have blades
