Can anyone tell me what type this is ?

I am unsure of the speed / type / Synch of this ram - anyone any ideas of the exact specs of it ?

Only thing I'm sure about is its Toshiba PC100 SDRAM - but can't find more specific specs for it anywhere.

can't you stick it in an old sdram pc and test what it posts at.

Looks like pc100 222 timings, 16x 64 would be 1GB but not sure if that's right.

Why do you need the specs, what you trying to do?
