As title really, i cant connect to games for windows live. In game when i try to sign in i get a messages saying the terms and conditions have changed so i need to accept them first. When i click to view the terms and conditions i get taken to a website to sign into with my live email and password but it says they are incorrect when i know they cant be! So i click 'ive forgot my password' answer my security question and thats tells me my answer is wrong! 
This sucks. This happened to anybody else??
