Can Everton make Europe?

Apart from somehow grabbing 6th place, which is unlikely tbh, is there any other way Everton can get into Europe next season.

What is the script if Liverpool win the Europa League mad ? Does the 7th place team get it instead?

Anyone know.

So 7th might get in at the expense of pompey but what if Liverpool win the Europa league do they qualify as holders and does that mean 8th get in?

The FA Cup winners Europa Cup spot will go to 7th place as Chelsea are in the CL and Pompey are not eligible for Europe.

I'm pretty sure that if Liverpool win the Europa Cup and finish in the top 7 then 8th place will get a Europa spot too.

That's how I'm reading things.

So for Everton to qualify () we have to either:

• Finish above Liverpool in 7th (very possible )
• Finish 8th and rely on them winning the Europa League mad

Well 7th above Liverpool it is then !
