Mr. Biffa has it spot-on. The instructions for setting up the batch files are in the sticky. Once you've got those created you can tell the Windows Scheduled Task utility to start and stop whenever you tell it to do so. You can find the utility in Start -> Control Panel -> Scheduled Tasks. Click create new task and go through the wizard.
