Can Fisher & Paykel integrated 2-drawer dishwasher be used in freestanding mode?

I'm thinking of replacing our 15-year old dishwasher with a 2-drawer Fisher & Paykel model, but they only seem to be available in integrated versions. I guess this means that the doors will spring closed more powerfully, and will not stay open if used in freestanding mode.
Does anyone know if these are usable in freestanding mode - e.g. can the door spring tension be adjusted?

You typically can adjust the tension but normally designed to take a door from say 3-8kgs.
Bear in mind they look pretty ropey if designed to be covered at the front.

It wouldnt cost much to buy and fit a cheap door which would get round your issue anyway

Oh just thought of an issue we had when our integrated was out whilst kitchen was being fitted.
When you pulled the drawer out and loaded plates etc it would try to tip forwards as the legs were set further back.
Obviously when in place integrated it cannot tip
